Subtypes not copying into new database

I have duplicate F-GDBs with subtypes and domains. One is hosted on AGOL and one is local to my machine. The AGOL is populated with data (~20 features). When I am copy/pasting data from the hosted gdb to the local one the Subtype is not honored, they are all marked as the first in the list.

Any ideas?
