Still Showing Credit Usage for Deleted Items

Our organization's credit consumption dashboard seems to not be recognizing that a number of large storage feature layers were deleted.

Most of the layers shown below (the 0s) were deleted at least two weeks ago, but it still shows credit consumption for the last 7 days. When I click on the "title" it shows the error that the layer does not exist.

Does anyone know why this might be? Are we actually consuming credits or is this a reporting issue?

The credit usage report shows the services were not accessed after April 13th. This suggests that the time range for your dashboard is longer than two weeks. If you reduce the time range to the last week, the credits consumed should be zero over that period.

It was still showing up even when I did just the one day or the previous seven days. However, I think it was counting storage in the recycle bin because as of two days ago the credits went way down (probably 30 days after the items were deleted).
