Ihave an issue where the 'Show Pop-Up' action is not available when creating dashboards linked to ArcGIS surveys. I tried it on data published from ArcGIS Pro, and it worked. However, when using data from surveys, even though I configured the pop-ups, the option is still not available. Do you have any advice on what might be causing this?
