My org has a layer that is updated each week along with a few other layers. Unfortunately a new service definition file keeps getting created for this hosted layer unlike all the other layers.
Has anyone ever seen this occur within their org's AGOL account where new service definition files are created with the update of a hosted feature layer?
If this has occurred were you able to delete all but the latest service definition file without corrupting the hosted feature layer?
This layer is used in dozens of web apps so it would be a considerable amount of work to fix the web apps if deleting any of the service definition corrupts the hosted feature layer.
