I've seen a bunch of posts on this but they are a couple years old and mostly refer to the Map Viewer Beta and how this functionality will be arriving soon to Map Viewer. So far, I've checked the road map and didn't see anything referring to rotation in Map Viewer. I also published with rotation but the rotation is not honored in Map Viewer. Does anyone know a way to rotate a map in Map Viewer?
