Hello I've renewed my ArcGIS for Personal Use but the 100 credits inclusive to the license has not reflected on my dashboard. My last subscription was on Nov 2023 and have used up all the credits by February. I am able to use ArcGIS Pro so I believe the license should've been approved. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
While your subscription was inactive, credits were still consumed to store the content. Just because the account's disabled doesn't mean Esri can free up all the space on their cloud storage servers.
So when you renewed, the 100 credits went to the -114.29, and now you're still -14.29.
You can buy more credit or politely ask customer service though I have no idea if they entertain these requests.
You also want to consider removing content. At 1 credit / day you'll go through the 100 credits you get in a year.
I am having the same problem but my negative credits are only 3.65 and I am consuming approximately 0.25 credits per day. I should have 96.35 credits after renewing my subscription.
