Reformatting multiple fields to 0 decimal places (ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Pro)

I am working with a large census dataset that has been broken up into about 15 layers to show different statistics per defined area. These have all been published from Pro to ArcGIS Online, and as I am editing the pop-ups, I see that they all have defaulted to 6 decimal places, even though the decimals were not visible in Pro. I am aware that I can go into Configure Attributes in Configure Pop-up to modify the field to display 0 decimal places, however, each of these 15 layers contains between 15 and 75 fields that I would have to change individually. Is there a quick way, either in Pro or AGOL to batch convert the decimal places for the entire table or layer?

I have run into this issue before and ended up changing them by hand, but if there is a quick solution I would be very thankful.
