Hello,

I am uploading some raster data as tile packages to AGOL in order to use them later for different maps. I generate them in arcgis desktop and then use the option to share as Tile Packages. I notice that after uploading to AGOL (via "add item") the .tpk and making a map service, when I try to create a map with it the image has a white background that grows as I zoom out. If I zoom out for example at a country scale, this white background would cover the entire country. This looks very bad. Do you know what might be the problem?

Thank you very much,

Bogdan

I managed to solve the problem by changing the tile format from jpeg to png8
