Question about ArcGIS for Home Use Program

Hi,

just a quick question...One of my friends just got ArcGIS for Desktop 10.4 home use license and extensions...so do you guys know if users of the Home Use Program (HUP) are entitled to an ArcGIS Online Account? How do they get to use ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online or other content available. Or those features are not part of the HUP program?
