Publishing WFS-T (Transactional) from ArcGIS Online

Hi,

I am trying to publish WFS T From ArcGIS Online.. I was able to publish the WFS but it is not Transactional.
When I checked, it is mentioned that WFST can only be published from ArcGIS for Enterprise. 
Is my understanding correct ? Or Is there any settings I can do to make my WFS Transactional.
Snap showing my WFS from arcgis online is not a Transactional one.
