Upon trying to publish a service to Arcgis online, my connection doesn't appear in the dialogue.  I am connected, signed in and have an Organizational account.  This is with Desktop 10.1.  Also in Catalog, My Hosted Services is available but remains empty.  I ran fiddler while trying to refresh My Hosted Services and this returned when I pasted the url call into chrome:

{"error":{"code":403,"messageCode":"DS_0003","message":"User not allowed for this account","details":[]}}

I am having the same issue I have my SDE Enterprise database visible and verified on the server manager. I have successfully published the feature service to the server.  The server shows that the data is there however when I open the feature service with ArcGIS Online it appears empty. I also noticed that my permissions set on the SDE database have changed? Is there something in server manager that changes the user permissions on the SDE database?

I need to have an application or map that my Public Works department can use to create the Curb Ramp Data for the county. I was able to have everything working fine with the sample hosted feature service however I need the drop down functionality of the domains so have added the data to my SDE Enterprise Database? Should I just us a file geodatabase or will I have the same issues? I also have 10.1
