Hi,

I have a user that is getting the error message  - "Please enter a group ID in the required settings config." when they try to load the template

Their group name is Grapevine Citizens and ID is 64b71d25f34e452f91e9136fa32423fd

The account that they are using is an ArcGIS Online for Organization account.

Is there something that the user is missing ?

Thanks !

I've seen that happen when the config is edited with a bad text editor like MS word. That might be the problem.

Hello,

I placed my map group ID into this template but could not load maps. What might be an issue? Below is my map group ID.

Map Group ID:7ec034f00bfb4186a28d58a024abb662

Thanks.

When sharing a map to a public gallery, a layer set up to represent quintiles fails to ??paint?? the polygon that represents the field maximum or minimum in the attribute table.

Please observe the central polygon, which appears as a ??hole?? in this map:

http://nmcdc.maps.arcgis.com/apps/PublicGallery/map.html?appid=9d12e52dc1b3424eaad68d518c746925&grou...

Compare to the same map in the viewer: http://nmcdc.maps.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=da675b2e8e394afb89d52a78cb8380a2

The value for that polygon in that layer = 0.46, which is the max value.

This seriously hampers maps in a public gallery.

Can this be fixed soon?

Thanks
Tom

Still no resolution to this problem?  The maps continue to display in a deformed manner.

Hi Tom,

This bug should be fixed in the next release which is targeted for early September. It's been logged and fixed in the system already.

Thanks!

I'm using the PMG to show maps from a group that is not public. In Firefox and Chrome it works fine, when the page is loaded it asks to sign in, but in IE the sign-in form does not get displayed, it's stuck on "Loading maps...".
When I look in fiddler the last Url loaded is "http://www.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/community/groups/b88dcf71d23044f8a8a7d0b91fa99caf?f=json&callback...". The response is"{"code":403,"message":"You do not have permissions to access this resource or perform this operation.","details":[]}});
In Firefox and Chrome this is the same but a sign-in form is displayed after this and allows the user to sign in to the group.
Any ideas what could be the problem?

Thanks
Sander

The link you provide to download the software does not work, I get a permissions error.
