I'm trying to use the World_Street_Map Mapserver on a mobile application in development. When checking the information about this Mapserver (https://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer) it looks like it has 24 levels of detail or zoom levels. However, when using it on the mobile application on Android, it only allows 18 levels of detail.
Does anybody know why this could be happening? Using the map on a computer allows indeed the 24 zoom levels, it looks like a problem happening only on mobiles.
