Problem with symbol editing

Something weird is going on with my maps when I try to edit symbols, it hangs up for a while, then when I pick "Basic" in the
symbol drop down it says "sorry, an error occurred". Plus I can't scroll down on any of the symbol selections.
Does this on all my maps.
Anyone know whats going on?

I am not able to reproduce your problem. Can you provide a set of steps to reproduce the problem?

Does it happen all the time?
Do other symbols display?
It looks like you're editing a map notes layer, true?
It looks like you have a subscription or a trial subscription.
What role does your username have? User, Publisher, Admin?
How is your organization configured? It looks like it may be SSL enabled. True?

Latest version of Chrome has freaked out on me with GIS online(subscription) now for some reason, cleared cache etc...
Windows Explorer 10 is fine.
