problem sharing temporal layer on arcgis online

Hi, 

I've created a temporal layer on arcgis pro (join between shp layer and table with 960 records) that i'm attemping to sharing it on my arcgis online portal

The time option is enalbed and works fine on arcgis pro desktop , but ones shared on arcgis online, the table is emply!!

But if i disable the time option on the layer properties and share it again all the records are visible.

i've worked with temporal data before ind it worked fine on arcgis online

Can you give a help or advice about if?

This is quite an odd issue. Would it be possible to get a copy of the layer so that I can test it?

I suspect it could be something wrong with a datatype or invalid characters.
