Printing a Report form a joined feature layer in AGOL

I am wanting to print a report for inspections. I created a point feature layer and a table in ArcPro and then created an AGOL hosted feature layer. Both the point layer and table are set up to be created/filled in through separate survey123's. One survey sets up the point layer with all of the permit information, the other is linked to those points to submit inspections on. I then created a joined layer on AGOL, joining one-to-one the inspections to the point layer. It is set up to only contain the newest survey (sorted by the largest number value for inspection number). I linked the GUID created by the survey to the GlobalID of the point feature (the permit/site), so that each survey submission submitted through the link in the specific sites pop-up, attaches to that site. They show up correctly in the joined feature layer.

The issue I am running into is trying to figure out how to print an inspection report for individual sites. I know I can print reports through Survey123, I created a report layout and that works fine, the issue is that I have to manually select the inspection I am interested in and then go into the data table for the joined layer to figure out which GlobalID is attached to that corresponding site and then go into the other Survey123 to print that sites report. This also results in two separate reports while I want them to be one continuous report, similar to what shows up in the pop-up/table of the joined feature layer. I tried using a Web Experience to generate a 'Near-Me' and 'Print' widget set up to generate a combined report using a custom printing utility service. Following this workflow: Creating a custom print service with reporting capability Report. I could not share the tools as a web tool though because my organization does not have an ArcEnterprise Portal.

Is there any way for me to either print directly from that joined feature layer, so that the site/permit information is kept in the same report as the inspection information? I assume I can export to ArcPro and generate the reports from there but I do not believe that would continuously update as more inspections are completed. This is something I will need to print on a regular basis, so I am hoping there is a way to generate these reports in AGOL. I would just generate a popup in the format I want and then copy paste that to print, but the attachments are not transferring with the table they are in, into the joined layer (something that I have seen people talking about as a bug, not sure if anyone knows how to correct that? I have attachments allowed on all respective layers in AGOL so I really am unsure of why it won't work). I also like the functionality of the reports being able to list the survey field labels and not the field name, as the majority of information from the survey answers are cut off if the report uses just the fields name and not the label. The pop ups I generate only show the field name not the field label, so I suppose if anyone could inform me on how to fix that then I would be fine using the pop-up copy/paste method.

In case anyone else runs into this issue. The workaround I am currently using is to export the data table for the joined 'Recent Inspection' layer to an excel table. I then linked that to a word document and generated the report using the Mailings tool on word. This allowed me to design the report layout using field names and then create individual reports for each inspection and filter out which inspections I am wanting.
