Possible to insert a GeoServer map in ArcGIS Online?

I have created a GeoServer Map (I have attached the html called Tile2.html). (The javascript and css are saved in the same folder as the html page).

Is it possible to transfer this map to ArcGIS Online (with a free account)?

If so, how? The map is currently hosted locally in my computer.

Once the map service has been added, is it possible to get object information from the layers?
