Is it possible to convert an ArcGIS for Personal Use account to a commercial / business account?
By "Personal Use" account I mean an account that is already an organization account and has AGOL, e.g. <shortname>.maps.arcgis.com. Some of the replies to similar questions I found seemed to misunderstand the original question and pointed OP to resources on activating AGOL subscriptions.
In my case, I will likely be wanting a business/commercial AGOL in the near future, maybe 6mo-year. I would like to get the AGOL organization w/short name now as a personal use account for $100/year (because I'd be annoyed if I checked for the short name I want in 6mo and find it's taken 😅), then upgrade it to $700+/year when I am ready to actually use it commercially.
If conversion is not possible I will just wait to purchase.
