I am uploading a series of georeferenced historical maps in order to develop an AGOL webmap. The maps' resolutions are fine after georeferencing in Pro, but when I upload them as web layers to AGOL, the quality is noticeably worse at smaller scales (for my purposes, anything smaller than 1:1,000,000). So far, I've tried uploading them in every single image format available in the "Share as Web Layer" tool, as well as creating tile packages, but I get the same result. Is there something else I can do to alleviate this? As a reference, the first screenshot is in Pro at 1:5,000,000, and the second is in AGOL at a slightly larger 1:4,622,324 but is grainier.
