Photos embeded within a Pop-Up will not show in FireFox. If I go to Chrome, it will show. But my account is Organizational and I can not login into my portal through Chrome, just FireFox. So im in a pickle here, FireFox wont show my Photos in a Pop-Up, I made the map an App, copied an pasted link into Chrome, but that wont work either because the URl has my portal url within it and it bugs me to login with my org account, but again, I can not cause it seems portal login support only works with FireFox.

Any solutions or comments would help, thanks community

Chrome is fully supported, so it seems it's a separate issue why you can't sign in. Firefox should also fully support images in popups.

Where are your images stored?
What URL are you entering? Make sure it's to the actual jpg, png, etc.
Can you share the URL to your map?
If your map is public, you can substitute www.arcgis.com for your org URL. Simply replace xxx.maps.arcgis.com/... with www.arcgis.com/...

Thanks,

Mike

I just had to deal with this issue (photos showing correctly in IE and Chrome, but not Firefox). This is what I found:

If the URL to the photo uses backslashes it will not show in Firefox. Example: http:\\www.yoursite.com\photo.jpg

Make sure your URL is using forward slashes and the photos should show. Example: http://www.yoursite.com/photo.jpg

A URL with backslashes will correct itself when pasted into the Firefox address bar, but when such a URL is embedded it breaks. Not sure why this is an issue in Firefox, but I hope this solves your issue.
