I just recently created a developer account.  I have logged into ArcGIS.com with this account and it is set up as an Organizational account (albeit with limited functionality.  i.e. I cannot add users other than myself).  I am trying to understand the "Perform Analysis" use in an ArcGIS.com for Org account, but when I load a feature service into my map and right click on it, there is no Perform Analysis option.  Is there something I am missing?  (I have done this very same thing in our regular work ArcGIS.com Org account, and Perform Analysis does appear).  Does a developer account not have access to the Perform Analysis tasks?  (BTW, The Dev account does come with 50 credits).

Hi Michael,

You will have to publish a small feature service to your Developer account. Once published you can delete it. This will establish a database for your account to use, and perform analysis will be enabled. The analysis functions rely on a database to store the results, so if there is no database the option will not appear.

Thank you,
Andrew
