Pending invitations and disabling users

I have 2 questions about managing users in an organizational account

1. Is there a way to view and revoke pending invitations?

I sent a test invitation to myself while trying to set up the enterprise logins on my organizational account.  Long story, but I have not been able to successful install the SAML and ADF credentials (this is another issue altogether).  Now this pending invitation is blocking my ability to invite anymore users because I have 17 of 18 users in my account and the pending invite is locking my last available user. Seems like there should be a way to revoke an unaccepted invitation so it does not lock out the admins ability to assign the user to another person.

So to try and free up a user so I can send my needed invitation I tried disableing another user in the account. This leads to question number 2

2.  Should the disable user feature free up a user in the account?  if not, what is the intended function of disabling the user?

Seems to me that if a user is disabled that the users seat in the organization should be free to assign to another user?  can someone clarify how this works?

Thanks

1. When viewing pending members, you should be able to remove an invitation by clicking the Gear icon under the Actions column. If you chose the option to pre-create the login, then there is no invitation and the user is already member of the organization. They would appear in the Current Members list and can be removed.

2. Disabled users are still members of the organization and consume 1 user spot. The purpose for disabling a member is to prevent usage on that account. For example, if someone quits your organization, you can disable the user until you are able to reassign any items or groups they own. The, once you've cleared out their content, you can delete the user.

Thanks,

Mike
