I am trying to use the overlay function in ArcGIS Online to merge several point locations I have with a premium layer with purchasing power by various geographies (specifically, Germany Purchasing Power). I keep receiving errors. When I load the premium layer into my map, the overall layer and the sublayers do not have the Perform Analysis box (which I'm assuming is because it is a Map Image Layer rather than a Feature Layer). Is there something I am missing with this layer/type of layer in particular?
