New Map Viewer showing incorrect Pop-up Results

The New Map Viewer uses objectIds in the query used to power the pop-up. This is sometimes resulting in incorrect pop-up results.
- For background we have two servers for Rest Services (01 & 02) that are used for load balancing.
- Depending on which server (01 or 02) gets the request, results in either correct, or totally random results, as the objectIds are different in each server.
Previously Map Viewer Classic used geometry in the query used to power the pop-up. Because it is using a geometry intersection, the objectIds did not affect the results.
Any tips on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
