New Copy Layer Bug

Tried the new copy layer on a web map I created.  Then used filters to create different layers.  However on my mobile devices every layer is the same, the filters did not apply.  On the simple map viewer on desktop everything seems to be working fine.

Which application are you using to consume your services on the mobile device? Can you share the link to your webmap or send it to me privately?
