Hello Everyone,

i am trying to set up a pretty basic map in arcgisonline, but for some reason i can't get it right.

The map contains some polygons, in the mapviewer everything shows up as how i intended it to be.

Once i use this map to create an app, all of the polygons turn out grey.

The layer intially comes from arcgis pro, when pushing this directly out of arcgis pro to arcgisonline i did check --> configuration --> settings > unique ID's and symbol types with all clients.

However that didn't do the trick, i ended making new shapefiles, making feature layers of them, but the issue keeps persisting.

Anyone who can help?

thanks

It looks like the map you are using probably has the symbology stored in it which will define the styling vs. what is at the layer level. Can you use experience builder or instant apps which will support how the symbols are stored? Older clients apps are moving into retirement as we are working towards retiring the older API they have been built on.
