Map Missing In "Select A Map" Menu During Create A Dashboard

I would like to create a new Dashboard, I already upload series of data in the portal and already publish it but I still cannot select the map in "Select a Map" menu.

Please assist me to solve this error. Thanks

From your description, it sounds like you've only published the layer, but haven't actually added it to a web map and saved it as a web map item in your organization. Is that the case?
