Loading SQL Azure database from on-premise geodatabase

I have read that ESRI now supports SQL Azure as a source for data for ArcGIS:

But I cannot find any information on the process for loading data to a SQL Azure database from an on-premise geodatabase.

I would like to load portions of a geodatabase to SQL Azure and use this as a source for AGOL feature services.  Probably I would load only a few feature classes and related data from a specific version, at least to start.

Is there documentation on this process that someone could share with me?  If not, maybe someone could suggest a process?
