Limiting the boundaries or content of a layer?

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to isolate the information displayed on this map so that it only shows data for the city of Toronto. In other words, I only want the layer for Toronto with the rest of Canada shown as the basemap, like the image below. Is this possible?

Hey Melanie,

You can apply a Filter for each sublayer using the Expression Name is Toronto:

Thanks, Jake! It worked like a charm. 

Do you know how I can show the detailed version of the Toronto section from any zoom resolution? Currently, it looks like this when zoomed out: 

But I'd like for it to display the details like below even when zoomed out:
