Layer Permissions
Hi there, having difficulties with sharing privileges of our ArcGIS online Layers that are shared in a group and owned by a member. I would like it set up so any member of the group has equal privileges to the layer as the owner does. in the example layer below you can see the top menu within the layer does not show all permissions as seen by the owners view.

This user can have full permissions without any restrictions. Any help would be lovely. Sure it is a easy fix but no matter what I set things to it seems not to work.
