Layer geometry\drawing not rendering correctly in AGO

Does anyone have any insight or experience with a feature layer in AGO not displaying\publishing correctly. It looks like the data becomes corrupt. I have tried repairing geometry in Pro. I have tried removing and adding back to the map. I have republished 5 times with the same results.

still looking into the issue and it looks like its an issue with the polygon being that size and shape is showing an issue with either multi scaling and/or quantization. Both im looking into.. but as a work around if you are using this as a reference layer  you can dice the feature up and turn off outline and it will mirror your expected result.
