When navigating to the "Data" tab for a feature service in ArcGIS Online, the data are not appearing in the table. It says there are 11 records, which there are. But the table's rows are all empty. The feature is behaving fine in web maps and the storymap in which it is linked. The feature is populated from an active Survey123. All of my other features in my account are fine, including others that are created from other Survey123 forms.

Hi @AmyAlford1 ,

Sorry for your troubles. Some suggestions:

  • Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
  • Edit an existing survey or add/delete a new survey to see if this makes a difference.

If neither of these workflows make a difference, I would recommend reaching out to Support to open a ticket and we can take a closer look.

Taylor

This behavior for this specific item is appearing for others with access to the same item as well, so it likely isn't a cache symptom. This behavior started after the October update, new records added/edited do not change the behavior. I'm wondering if it's just because of the length of one of the responses is greater than 255 characters. It still operates correctly, we just can't see the table on the web. Loading in Pro is fine. Thanks for the tips to investigate!
