I have some rogue rectangular polygons that draw at certain zoom levels, in a hosted feature layer. When I click on them, they are features that do exist in the layer, but are not these large rectangular geometries. When I zoom in further, these large polygons go away. Anybody experienced this and any fixes that anybody knows? Here is what the polygon looks like in ArcGIS Online at a certain zoom level. In ArcGIS Pro, these polygons do not show at any zoom level.
Can you share the web map and I can help take a look

Was there any solution to this? I am having the same problem.
One thing to try is to try rebuilding spatial indexes if you have tried that and it is still showing up try using the repair geometry tool in Pro. You can export the layer or have the original feature class can you run the repair geometry and pick repair geometry using OGC validation method and try publishing the layer again?
I tried both the rebuilding of spatial indexes and repairing the geometry and I still have 30 plus features that show up like this. When I am zoomed all the way out, they cover the entire map:
The Shape__Area field for each of these features is less than 50 meters squared. However, I added a field using the arcade Area() and AreaGeodetic() functions, and every feature that displays in this strange way has the following areas:
