Gidday,

Have noticed a few spelling errors for maps in Australia.  Actually there are heaps!  So I will try to post as many as I find.  I am based in Wellington NSW, so most of my interests are in this area.

Topographic Map
1.  Newrea should be spelt Neurea
2.  Mudgee River should be just Mudgee
3.  Lake Burrandong should be Lake Burrendong
4.  River labelled Wuuluman Creek should be Macquarie River - this is the body of water which runs NW from Lake Burrendong
5.  Road shown running past the NW end of Lake Burrendong over the Macquarie River (labelled Wuuluman Creek) doesn't continue and join with any road.  The road should stop at the Macquarie River.

Just FYI...   We pass this feedback on to our data providers and wait for them to incorporate the change.  Once the data provider makes the change it is usually 6 months to a year before it works its way into our online maps.

Thanks,

Mike

I wanted to mention some fairly large labeling errors with multiple base layers (any one that uses the "Boundaries and Places" layer) for the entire state of Virginia.

Every city is being labeled with the word "County" after it. This is particularly confusing in Virginia since there is the "City of Richmond" in central Virginia and also there is "Richmond County" in northeast Virginia, but both are being labeled as "Richmond County".

Just wanted to make sure that someone was aware of the issue.

Thanks!
