Hello,

I am currently experiencing an issue with my ArcGIS Online account.
Although the interface displays “Your subscription has expired,” when I check my organization settings, I see the following information:

  • Renewal date: November 20, 2026
  • Total remaining credits: -1.27
  • No unusual activity: no storage or processing operations recently performed

This situation is inconsistent, as my subscription has been renewed and I have not carried out any actions that could result in credit consumption.

In addition, I would like to report another issue related to my ArcGIS for Personal Use subscription.
I received a GIS Day promotional code for ArcGIS for Personal Use, but when I try to redeem it, the code does not work. I have followed the instructions exactly and attempted several times, but I continue to receive an error message.

Could you please verify and restore the correct status of my subscription, as well as correct my credit balance?
I would also appreciate clarification on the cause of this issue and any steps I may need to take.

Thank you in advance for your help.

When an ArcGIS Online subscription has a negative credit balance it will go into a restricted status https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/faq-why-is-my-organization-getting-negative-credit-bal...

You can run a credit report in order to view how your credits were used. It may also be beneficial to reach out to your local Esri Distributor and they may be able to investigate this further.

No, it's just that I've noticed there's a problem with the platform. I haven't consumed anything, see the details.

Thanks for providing that! I notice that the report you have created begins 1st October 2025, would any credits have been consumed prior to this? How many credits should you have within your subscription?

I had over 100 and I renewed my license on November 20, 2025; normally I should have over 300.

I think the best option is to reach out to your local Esri Distributor and have a support case created - Technical Support can look into this for you in more detail
