In Field Maps you can open a related feature class, tap Add, and then the Key is brought over for the user and the features are linked. I cannot seem to find anyway to do that in a webmap? Seems the user needs to add the key themselves? Weird there must be a way. We have 20 some relates so it gets tough. I do not want to add a web app.
