Hello,
My goal is to create a dashboard that is capable to accepting user input. The idea is that the user will upload a file (css, json or something similar) and then a machine learning model will use that input to generate predictions. These predictions will correspond to areas on a map, so the map component can be populated. I've checked all the tutorials, examples but I could not find a way of doing this. Is there a way or any other Esri product that would enable that kind of functionality?
