I was wondering if it is possible to create interactive layers/functionality in ArcGIS and add them to my WebMap.
A simple example I can think of is to create a well by creating a point, then entering values for hydraulic conductivity and drawdown. The WebMap should be returning a circle (buffer around the point) which represents the cone of groundwater depression around that point using a simple formula to calculate its radius from the values entered.
If there are functionalities such as this in ArcGIS I would appreciate it if someone could point me to ressources/documentations where I could learn about this, thank you.
