Just a heads up for anyone using the Sidebar Instant App - the information panel has been updated and when you click on multiple features at once, instead of showing a list of records with the first expanded, it shows the first record and a small "1 of 4" button in the bottom corner of the panel.
This took us by surprise and we only noticed after user complaints of not being able to find the data.
We've switched on the "classic panel" option which reverts the info panel back to its original behaviour.
Really hope ESRI don't remove the option to revert to the classic style as it would be a huge loss of usability. We really like how the template works at the moment and don't want to lose that option.

That's strange, it still isn't working for me when I search for an address. I restarted my computer and also looked at it in incognito mode. This is actually the production app that is not working right. see below
It looks like its working to me? The sidepanel in your screen capture is showing the search result popup which contains the address and zoom to button.
Are you trying to show search results for the layer instead? In that case you can configure the Sidebar app to add a Layer search source. Then if users use the search box and search that layer. you'll see the search results for the layer appear.
Alternatively look into the Lookup instant app. In that app the search address is used to select specified features found at that location. Here's an example:
This is what I was expecting which works on the test instant app. I may need to re-create the web app and see what happens. I made this app right after Instant apps came out. I probably should look at the Lookup template and others that are now out there.
FACEPALM. Just saw your example. I think I will redo in the Lookup template. Thank you for helping me!
