Info Summary Widget glitch

Is anyone else having an issue with the Info Summary Widget glitching out and not showing the correct data when viewed in IE, but working just fine in Chrome (or vice versa)?

I've tried clearing cache and reloading the app in both browsers. I've also tried removing the widget and then re-adding/re-configuring the widget... in both browsers. I'm still getting this weird glitch.

Yes I am having the same problems.  The pop ups stop functioning at random zoom levels as well.
