Increase text size in default pop up

Hello,

is it possible to simply increase the font size of the text on a default pop up?

I have tried to customise so the text is larger but the grey background in the existing layout is lost.

I assume there is a way to replicate this but don't have enough skill.

How does this section look for you?

I'm curious if there's a text box that is ontop of the field list? If so, you can change the text box to increase the font size like this here:
