Incorrect Map Data

First of all, I had a terrible time finding a location based on Latitude and Longitude. It gave me results that were nothing like Google Maps which I took the measurements from.

I was looking for Exit 94 off of I-65 South in Greenville, Alabama. But could not find it. There should be an easy way to lookup a location by exit number and highway number (maybe state as well).

When I did find the map by scrolling around, the layout depicted was nothing like the geography. It showed a sweeping right lane and huge center island indicating an easement from the exit ramp, but no such easement exists. This is problematic when trying to defend oneself in a court case. I would like to use your maps as a reference but this map is completely false.

Not only that, but recent construction has changed the roadway entirely.

How can I get an update version of this map? What is the policy for fixing map errors?

If you find errors with Esri Basemaps, the ArcGIS Online World Geocoding Service, and ArcGIS Routing Service, you can provide feedback to us: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/how-to-provide-feedback-on-esri-basemaps-and-the-arcgi...

Hope this helps!
