I have published a web application and trying to set up the selection widget. When I select other layers, they get highlighted and my activate pop-up opens when I select "show pop-up". The settings are exactly the same for another layer, however no pop-up opens and the area selected does not highlight. All layers are have selection activated in the .mxd before publishing as well. Any thoughts?
In the Web Map that the Web App looks at, are pop-ups working as expected for this layer? Even though they were configured and published in the service, they could be turned off at the Web Map level.
Can you share your Web App publicly to this thread? I would be happy to take a quick look.
