I'm trying to build a webmap, and I just can't zoom on layers at all anymore. They disappear. It will zoom once, maybe twice, and it doesn't matter which direction. It's not a scaling issue or visible range issue. It's just an AGOL will do this once or twice then the browser hits a memory issue and layers won't draw and I have to refresh my browser and rifle through the TOC to get to the layer I was working on, make a change, save it, god forbid I make more than one change without saving because if I accidentally hit the mouse wheel and zoom. . . Poof! There goes my work. ESRI needs stronger hamsters with greater stamina turning those wheels. I feel like they've been outsourcing to cheap second-hand lab rats for awhile now.
Hi @lumbrjak, can you give a little more information about the map you are working with. Is it all hosted features layers in ArcGIS Online? How big are the datasets / how many layers do you haven in the map? Also if you can share the map that'd be great, unless it needs to remain private
