How to solve the error when uploading the multiple imageries in ArcGIS Online?

Hi, I am trying to upload multiple imageries through ArcGIS Online portal following the basic procedure by clicking on "New Item --> Imagery Layer -->Tiled Imagery Layer --> Multiple Imagery Layers and so on."

However the images get published onto the portal, but when I try to open them to view them or add it to an existing webmap, it gives me the following error message "An error occurred loading this layer." 

P.S. The images are geotiff and open at the right location when I open them in ArcGIS Pro.

Have you tried publishing from Pro?
