How to add The Opportunity Atlas Mapbox tile layer to ArcGIS Online

Has anyone added The Opportunity Atlas Mapbox layer to ArcGIS Online. None of the Request URLs seem to work as Tile layers or WMTS.
Yes, we can download the data and stand up our own web service as others are doing around the county, but it would be nice to avoid all of that and be able to add the Opportunity Atlas data to our other HUD-related applications.
