I'm new to using arcgisonline. I'm using various basemaps as the main stage for a story map. Unless I zoom out quite far, I cannot get the Highway Shields that come with the basemap to display. I've created a shapefile and uploaded it to my maps, however, it only shows as a dot. I don't know how to configure to show US Hwy 12, or State Route 410. Help. Anyone???
