In AGOL, I am trying to run a hot spot analysis and keep getting error messages. The first error (attached) says you need more the 60 points. So I run an analysis on a layer with over 700 points (see image attached 'HotSpot error 2'), and now I get a generic message.
The feature layer is a map service on ArcGIS Server with the capabilities of 'mapping' and 'feature access' ( see attached 'map service capabilities'.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this issue? I tried running the analysis on multiple layers and keep getting the generic error.
I have full Admin rights and we are using AGOL subscription.
