Is anyone dealing with ongoing disruptions in all of your hosted feature services? Two or three times a day for 5 to 20 minutes everything, every single layer we host on AGOL will crash across every platform. Users cannot create new data or edit existing data. All hosted feature layers are unavailable and eventually time out. Hosted feature services from outside entities remain available. Eventually everything comes back but it is creating some serious headaches for me as a small GIS department with 100+ users. I've got a case open with ESRI Customer Care but not much has come from it. Is anyone else seeing this behavior?
