I tried to publish a feature layer to use in collector
I followed the below link

I added the item and it appears in my content. However, if i click on it and then click publish I get an error:
The item you requested cannot be found. The item may have been deleted or you may have entered an incorrect URL'
Since it isn't published it, I cannot find it when i try to create a map/layer in Collector.
Any help?
